Describes a generated unmanaged representation measured from one PostgreSQL header and compiler ABI.
public interface IPgNativeTypeGenerated bindings implement this contract without runtime reflection. Implementations must preserve the complete native size and field layout; an unmanaged constraint alone does not establish ABI compatibility.
